Welcome, Motor Coach Managers!
We are excited to be hosting Motor Coach Tours on our farm since we've opened. We continuously change our set up to improve and have the best possible experience for all your customers.
NEW ANNOUNCEMENT:
We are happy to be offering our Wagon Ride to our Motor Coach Tours this season 2025.
We have heard feedback from many of our managers and this has been something many wish we offered in the past.

We are limiting the days we accommodate Motor Coach Tours to Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays or Fridays. We will also be more flexible in arrival times next season. Mid June-July are the best times 2025 to see lavender in full bloom.
Please keep in mind that we have 1 public restroom available inside our farm store. Please plan on using a restroom facility prior to arrival so that everyone is ready to start once you arrive.
Cancellation Policy for Motor Coach Tours/Large Groups are as follows:
We do not require a deposit to book a motor coach tour. We will work out details over email, and I will pencil your group in on my calendar.
We will be in touch about 1 month prior to arrival to see where your head count stands. If you feel your numbers are not where they should be at, you may cancel the entire tour at this point. This allows us time to rebook the day we had been holding for you.
Your group event is very important to us and we reserved this day especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for any individual cancellations for your tour. As a courtesy, we will EMAIL you to confirm your exact number of participants for your group 2 days prior to your scheduled event, allowing time to respond within 48 hours. Any cancellations and no shows after 48 hours will result in full charge of the event per person . So for example, if you confirm 56 people and only 30 people arrive, you will still be charged for 56 people after 24 hours confirmation.
This policy allows us time to inform any standby guests of any availability, as well as making sure we have the right amount of food prepared and staff hired. Thus we're able to better serve everyone.
